Steps to delete your account

1. Cancel any active subscription first. Google Play, the App Store, and Cently on the web each bill separately, and deleting your account doesn't cancel them. Cancel in Google Play or the App Store, or in the Subscription section of Settings if you subscribed on the web. Need a hand? Email support@cently.ai.
2. Open the Cently app on iOS or Android, or sign in on the web at cently.ai/app/settings.
3. Go to Settings. On the web, scroll to the Danger Zone near the bottom of the page. In the app, scroll to the bottom of Settings.
4. Tap or click Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Can't sign in to the account you want deleted? Email support@cently.ai from the email address on the account and we'll take care of it.

Delete some of your data without closing your account

You don't have to delete everything. You can remove specific data from inside Cently and keep your account:

• Receipts: open a receipt and delete it. The receipt image goes with it.
• Chats: delete any conversation with the Cently assistant from the chat list.
• Budgets: delete a budget group from the Budget tab.
• Linked bank and card accounts: go to Settings, then Linked accounts, and unlink an account. That removes the account and its imported transactions.
• Transactions: select and delete them from the Transactions page on the web.
